Pepper

What my friends at Oregon Humane say about me:

• I know I am a big girl, but I sometimes forget my strength when I am so excited to go for walks. Everyone says I am very responsive to training and getting better!
• I know some basic cues, such as "sit" and "come here".
• I love to be the center of attention. All eyes and pets on me, please!
• I do my best to make it super-duper hard for you to leave every cuddle session - I love NOTHING more than to be held close and snuggled.
• Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
• Resource Guarding: I have a history of guarding my people, food, toys and/or bedding from other animals or people.

The type of home I'm looking for:

• I would love to live in a family that has someone at home most of the time.
• I would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
• It could be with you! Click here to learn about the adoption process.
